RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. To qualify for a return:
- The product must be new and unused.
- Products must be returned within 45 days of delivery date
- And proof of purchase (order number) is required.
THINK 45-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we back our products with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from gothink.com or a Think authorized seller, you may request a replacement product or a refund of the original purchase price* within 45 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Think 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
How To Claim The Guarantee
If you purchased your product from a Think Authorized Seller, please return your product to the place of purchase.
If you purchased your product from thinksun.ca, please contact Customer Service through the Customer Service form. This email should include proof of purchase (including thinksun.ca order number) and identify the product(s) with which you are not satisfied, and the reason(s) you are not satisfied. Our Customer Service team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization number.
Please note: Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling charges on original order are non-refundable.
Once these materials are received and evaluated by Think, a refund will be issued or a replacement product will be sent. Returns that do not accompany a Return Authorization number will not be processed.
Guarantee Guidelines
Think reserves the right to verify information or request additional information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Think concludes that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. Think may amend or terminate the Think 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
